  • Manage client relationships, including call cadence and coordination for marketing, leasing, and pricing in collaboration with operations
  • Collaborative oversight of shared Marketing Manager(s), if applicable
  • Coordinate Virtual Leasing Concierge programming and management, if applicable
  • Oversee KPI reporting:
  • Conduct frequent property visits (estimated at 40% travel, subject to portfolio performance) across the Southeast, with anticipated national growth
  • Establish and maintain client specific SOPs
  • Provide people management and leadership:
  • Implement and monitor resident experience and retention tracking, including:
  • Marketing budget forecasting and tracking
  • Ensure tech stack alignment, integration, and training coordination, including:
  • Coordinate with Portfolio Managers to track leasing performance and provide proactive forecasting
  • Lead marketing audits, including digital presence, ILS listings, and market surveys
  • Direct oversight of dedicated Marketing Manager(s), if applicable
