Act as the technical lead on assigned projects.
Coordinate with Assembly, Procurement, and field technicians to resolve startup issues.
Collaborate with Sales and customers to clarify requirements and address concerns.
Approve project releases to Manufacturing.
Review and evaluate sales order requirements and specifications to configure and develop solutions.
Work with Electrical Engineers and Drafting teams to produce customer drawings.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in designing and developing electromechanical equipment, designing sheet metal products, and using 2D and 3D CAD software.
Knowledge of casting, compressors, pumps, motors, electrical, enclosures, weldments or sheet metal.
Experience with OEM design activities and bill of materials (BOMs).
