  • Up to 50% travel required
  • Minimum of three years (3+) of experience in sales, with a focus on software product sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage and grow commercial enterprise (mid-market) accounts, with exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Educational background or experience with accounting principles
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales in software or tech industry, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations.
  • Yardi domain experience
  • Thorough understanding of sales cycle management principles such as lead-generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
