Engagement Manager II

Description

Engagement Managers are responsible for successful SaaS delivery of the RealPage solution platform. They partner with assigned customers to understand business goals, develop comprehensive onboarding plans, define project scope, schedule, and strategic approach, and identify necessary resources.

• Oversee deployment and implementation of RealPage products for assigned clients.
• Create, execute, and manage complex project plans for SMB, corporate, enterprise, and institutional accounts.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and subject matter experts to deliver a streamlined customer experience.
• Ensure migrations and technical implementations meet client expectations and deliverables.
• Identify client goals and business needs and address them throughout implementation.
• Champion RealPage platform capabilities and maintain familiarity with product functionality.
• Advise clients on change management using RealPage resources and training options.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for solution rollouts.
• Identify risks to client business goals and create mitigation plans.
• Advocate for client needs and drive industry best practices and platform evolution.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum five years of proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Strong project management skills with at least three years of relevant experience (PMP preferred).
• Experience leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops for three years.
• Four years of experience managing large, complex accounts at senior business level.
• Credible advisor/coach for cultural, business, and technical change management.
• Executive‑level communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mediating conflict.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work occasional outside normal business hours.
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 15%).
• Knowledge of RealPage products, platform features, integrations, and best practices.
• Understanding of multifamily industry operations and marketing.
• Ability to contribute ideas for product enhancements and training materials.
• MBA or advanced degree.

RealPage offers a competitive salary package with a pay range of $85,200 to $145,200 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits plan.
