Underwriting & Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and return metrics.
Due Diligence & Closing Support: Assist in coordinating due diligence efforts, including reviewing leases, third-party reports, and legal documentation. Support closing processes and transaction execution.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market and submarket analysis, including demographic trends, competitive landscape, and tenant performance.
