As an Inventory Receivables Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling incoming inventory to ensure accuracy before items are posted into the system. You will verify documentation, maintain up‑to‑date records, and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Success in this role is measured by effective collaboration with staff, procurement teams, and suppliers to sustain smooth inventory operations.
In this role you will manage inbound inventory using established procedures, verify purchase orders and related documents, and keep precise records of quantities, product codes, and vendor details. You will work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to investigate any mismatches, monitor open purchase orders, and ensure timely posting of receipts. Supporting month‑end reconciliation and audit requirements while maintaining clear communication with suppliers and internal teams are also key aspects.
The position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven setting. Analytical problem‑solving, sound decision‑making, and a collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams are essential. Candidates should have three to five years of experience in inventory management or related administrative roles, preferably within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments, and be familiar with inventory control and purchase order systems.
