Our facility operations and maintenance team is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to support a classified facility. The selected candidate will join an established team of service technicians and will be responsible for controlling documentation updates required for the team’s work activities. This is a permanent, full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday dayshift position.
In this role you will oversee infrastructure configuration, maintain accurate databases, conduct asset audits, record electrical and preventive‑maintenance data, and provide administrative support to electricians and other trades. You will also manage help‑desk ticketing, material requisitions, bench stock, equipment calibration, access requests, and assist with non‑technical tasks such as cable laying and equipment moves while serving as a safety and first‑aid resource. All activities must align with Fluor’s health, safety, environmental, and sustainability policies.
Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, deliver outstanding customer service, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Preferred experience includes equipment configuration management, maintenance work ticketing, and electrical or infrastructure maintenance, along with fast, accurate typing. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom, be able to obtain an enhanced DV security clearance, and hold a valid passport.
