Assist project management with a variety of items such as: expediting material deliveries, monitoring project production, providing project status reports, preparing monthly billings, tracking equipment utilization, providing survey layout, and preparing shop drawings/submittals.
Support the pursuit and estimating process from searching out potential projects to estimating, planning, and completing take off quantities for active proposals.
Support overall construction activities by planning, organizing, and implementing the project controls system, subcontracts, and the management, purchasing, and scheduling of materials.
Ensure project safety and quality protocols are being followed per company and industry standards; personally setting a good example for worksite safety expectations.

Ability to travel and work for extended period of time on projects outside of office area.
Knowledge of project management and administration, procurement, estimating, scheduling, project tracking software, cost control, engineering and project standards, and safety and environmental compliance, preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in the marine and heavy civil construction industry.
GPS survey experience and capable of performing construction layout.
Must be qualified and physically able to drive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
