- Reduce scrap, optimize cycle times, and test materials for quality assurance
- Lead and mentor processing personnel to achieve peak performance
- Troubleshoot equipment and support automation systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, ISO standards, and operational guidelines

- Occasional travel (up to 5%) to other IPEX locations or training events
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to industrial environments (chemicals, machinery, noise)
- Physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing PPE
- Strong grasp of Scientific Injection Molding principles
- Experience with tooling, automation, and troubleshooting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is a must
