The on‑site Leasing Agent works under the supervision of the Business Manager or Leasing Manager to market, lease, and pre‑lease apartment homes, coordinate move‑in information forms, and resolve resident issues. The role is full‑time and requires weekend availability.

Employee pay is determined by business needs, experience, skills, and location, and may include eligibility for a performance‑based bonus program paid on a bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
