- Coordinate comprehensive documentation and compliance processes for major retail activations and events within shopping centre environments.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management.
- Help investigate major incidents, ensuring comprehensive documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Execute ad hoc projects and initiatives based on evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
- Implement and coordinate HSSE monitoring procedures to ensure timely internal performance reporting.
- Provide guidance and advice on health, safety, and security risk management within the organisation.
- Organise and facilitate strategic meetings with service providers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a centralised risk management platform to systematically track security, health, and safety incidents, ensuring timely reporting and comprehensive action item follow-through.
- Maintain current expertise in relevant health, safety, and security legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Create, update, and manage documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Design and deliver customised training programs tailored to various staff levels and functional requirements.
- Provide 24/7 security coverage support through occasional weekend on-call duties.
- Represent JLL at industry conferences, forums, and professional networking events.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
