Senior Architect ( B.arch )

Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect (B.Arch) role at W Design Studio, located in Hyderabad. The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and planning architectural projects. The role involves leading project management, developing architectural concepts, coordinating with various teams, ensuring project delivery timelines are met, and integrating innovative design solutions. The Senior Architect will also oversee the application of sustainable and functional design in all projects.

Requirements

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and practical design approaches.
• Knowledge of green building practices and sustainability is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and supervising projects to timely completion within scope and budget.
• Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural applications is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with proven professional experience in the field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
