Technical Designer / Architect

The successful candidate will be confident taking ownership of projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, managing consultant coordination, producing detailed drawing packages, and leading site delivery with professionalism and precision.

• Produce and review comprehensive drawing packages and specifications
• Ensure compliance with current building regulations and construction standards
• Oversee site progress and ensure design intent is maintained throughout
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment
• Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose creative, practical solutions

• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
• Qualified Architect or experienced Technical Designer
• Demonstrated experience working through RIBA Stages 3–6
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Revit proficiency is highly desirable
