Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred.
Ten or more (10+) years of land surveying or related land development experience to include a minimum of two (2) years project management experience.

Basic understanding of financial reports and metrics.
Strong Local Jurisdictional Knowledge for Plat preparation and approval.
