Mid-Senior Interior Designer

Description

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Work alongside the design team to create design concepts and presentations that meet client requirements.
• Develop floor plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and visual presentations.
• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and other design elements that align with the project’s vision and budget.
• Collaborate with contractors, builders, and other professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

• A degree or qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and/or similar programs.
• Excellent creative, conceptual, and visualization skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• 5+ years' proven experience as an Interior Designer.
