Completes service and asset inspections as needed.

Repairs and maintains walls, floors, doors, and performs touch-up work to enhance facility appearance.
Access and complete work orders with detailed service notes.
Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.
Conducts routine painting, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep facilities in like-new condition (e.g., repairing drywall, prepping surfaces, and matching paint).
Obtain necessary materials and supplies for tasks.
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company policies related to building operations and work safety.

High school diploma or degree/certification, or equivalent professional experience in landscaping, trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.), or specialty floor care preferred.
Ability to complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status via designated business processes.
Background in commercial services is highly preferred.
Two to five years of general maintenance experience, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Proficient in using handheld devices and business systems or document management software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Demonstrated ability to perform duties and responsibilities as described, with related work experience in one or more building trades.
Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
