Production Operator – Mixing & Coating

Description

• Support electrode coating runs, including repetitive tasks during longer production days.
• Perform general area cleaning, including floors, benches, and tools.
• Use basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) for production or simple maintenance tasks.
• Safely lift, move, and position heavy materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean tanks, tubes, pumps, and related equipment between or after production runs.
• Keep the working areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary materials.
• Keeps a high standard of cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Operate mixers, ovens, coating systems, pressurized equipment, and pneumatic tools after training.
• Mix and handle solid powder compounds, following written instructions and procedures.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures at all times.
• Transfer labeled drums/containers of solid and liquid waste to the designated storage area.

Requirements

• Safety- and quality-minded, with respect for deadlines and production targets.
• Follows instructions and procedures carefully.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable working with pressurized equipment and systems (after training), such as air pressure or vacuum systems.
• Comfortable wearing PPE for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift and move heavy items safely and repeatedly.
• Works well in a team and offers help when needed.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items safely.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and stay focused during production runs.
• Comfortably wearing PPE for extended periods of time.
• Experience in industrial production, powder handling, mixing, or coatings is a plus (training provided).
• Willingness and ability to learn new production processes and equipment and grow with the company.
• Wear and use required PPE (gloves, goggles, respirator/mask, coveralls, etc.) for each task.
