Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT, and designers to ensure the development of robust AI solutions, maintaining technical rigor and introducing new methods for verifying success and identifying risks.
Roadmap input: Provide input, alongside the Portfolio manager, to build the product roadmaps
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance and make informed decisions. Define and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure the success and impact of AI initiatives.
Product Ownership and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and research, to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.
3rd party solutions: Oversee the interjection of GenAI products coming from 3rd party software suppliers and determine best technology fit.
Post-Launch Support: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance value delivery.
Cross-Business Coordination: Support the coordination of GenAI applications to drive improvements and innovations across Vernova.

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5- 10 years' relevant experience.
Leadership: Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives.
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Bangalore , India.
Business Acumen: Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives.

Experience with GE/GE Vernova highly preferred.
