The Merger & Acquisition Integration Program Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of M&A Integration and supports Integration Leads in planning, executing, and tracking integration activities across multiple work streams. The role requires strong program coordination, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration, including creating and maintaining content such as presentation decks and integration plans, and enhancing tools like Smartsheet.
The coordinator also supports pre‑close planning where permissible, maintains decision logs, enforces governance standards within the Integration Management Office framework, and ensures timely follow‑up on key deliverables.
- Collaborate with Integration Directors to track integration progress.
- Create and maintain Smartsheet project plans and roadmaps.
- Develop slide decks, status reports, executive summaries, playbooks, and communications.
- Monitor and address follow‑up actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Generate weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, working sessions, and steering committee gatherings.
- Support synergy tracking and benefit realization through data collection and analysis.
- Coordinate Day 1 readiness and ongoing Day 30/60/100 alignment activities.
- Propose and implement Smartsheet enhancements or automation to streamline processes.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other functions to meet integration milestones.
- Prepare integration health checks and lessons‑learned documentation.
- Assist change‑management planning by mapping stakeholders, supporting communications, and monitoring adoption.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Business Analytics or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or acquisition integration support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports, decks, and meetings.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail.
- Analytical ability to collect, analyze, and present data insights.
- Proven cross‑functional collaboration and relationship‑building.
- Comfort thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous, high‑stakes environments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data‑visualization tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Smartsheet expertise.
- Experience with structured change‑management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Prior M&A integration or cross‑functional project coordination experience.
- Proactive, self‑starter attitude with problem‑solving focus.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Base salary ranges from $87,100 to $108,900 USD, with compensation varying based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation details may be discussed during the hiring process.
