Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and MES concepts.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Technical skills in one or more of the following: C#, Mendix, SQL, scripting languages, integration frameworks, database management.
St. Louis preferred location or 50% travel per month
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience deploying or supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Special access programs will require US born, US citizenship with no dual citizenship held
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent years of experience.
Experience managing and administrating an MES platform.
Familiarity with enterprise software deployment frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with standards such as ISA-95.
Experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete
Willingness to travel 50% and work remotely.
Familiarity with business processes in one or more industries: Aerospace & Defense (primary), Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Device.
Candidate must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
