- Co-ordinating crews, specifically focused on road recycling / resurfacing, to ensure works are completed on time, to budget and in line with stakeholder requirements.
Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities, materials ordering and overall program of works.
Monitoring and managing productivity and resources to ensure project is cost effective.
Ensuring crews (employees/subcontractors) are appropriately recruited, inducted, trained, licensed and competent to operate.
Prepare and ensure on going compliance with Site Specific Safety Plans.
Complying with company policies and procedures and ensuring all site rules, safety inspections, reviews, prestart meetings, SSWPs and SQE audits are implemented.
