Talent Acquisition Lead

Description

We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across sales, leasing, and administrative positions. You will partner closely with department leaders, champion our employer brand, and deliver a seamless hiring experience that reflects our dynamic, high-performance culture.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job boards, and personal networks.
• Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Create and update job descriptions to reflect role requirements and organisational priorities.
• Facilitate onboarding, including documentation, visa coordination, and induction planning.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for sales and administrative roles.
• Post and manage job ads across multiple recruitment platforms.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience in Dubai Real Estate or previous experience as a broker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong time management and analytical abilities.
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate roles and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws, visa procedures and HR compliance.
