Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming.
Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively.

Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to read low voltage wiring diagrams and controls flow diagrams.
Experience with any common integration protocols such as: BACnet MST / IP, LON, Modbus TCP / RTU, Ethernet OIP, MQTT, or SQL.
Proficiency with test instruments and calibration tools.

Previous experience in mentoring less experienced technicians.
Factory Certified Training, Online Training Courses, or other professional on the job training in the HVAC Industry
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
Ability to understand written sequences of operation.
