Supporting service charge budgets and financial accuracy across properties
Managing a diverse residential portfolio of more than 120 units
Assisting with county court claims and post judgment processes
Drafting tenancy agreements and overseeing onboarding checks
The role offers variety and depth. You will oversee the full lifecycle of each tenancy, ensuring a smooth experience from first enquiry through to renewal. You will coordinate maintenance, manage compliance, handle lettings activity, liaise closely with contractors and maintain high levels of organisation across all documentation and systems. Every day brings something different, and you will have the freedom to shape how your portfolio is run while contributing to improvements across the wider team.
Handling deposit registrations, renewals, rent reviews and tenancy disputes
Working with letting agents to minimise voids and attract quality tenants
Managing compliance for gas safety, EICRs, EPCs and building level audits
Maintaining accurate records and compliance diaries on Qube
You will be responsible for managing a carefully curated residential portfolio of more than 120 units. The properties are well maintained, tenants are valued and the internal team is highly experienced. Providing weekly reporting on portfolio performance
Coordinating maintenance activity and ensuring repairs are completed smoothly
Understand AST legislation and compliance inside and out

Are organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with tenants and contractors
Have strong experience in residential property management
