The Satellite Positioning Support Specialist interacts directly with Satellite Positioning clients to enable subscription services, generate invoices, and process payments during a twelve‑hour shift. Fugro does not provide work authorization, sponsorship, or relocation assistance for this role.
The specialist leads by example, prioritizing Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and environmental protection while coordinating with product managers, controllers, and other stakeholders in the Satellite Positioning Service Line. Responsibilities include enabling client subscriptions, providing remote technical support for OmniSTAR hardware, supporting sales processes and contracts, monitoring sales activities, ensuring a three‑way match of subscriptions, invoicing, and payments, and closing open client support requests.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (secondary vocational education preferred), and have at least one year of relevant experience, with a preference for additional GPS/GNSS satellite positioning knowledge. Flexibility to work twelve‑hour shifts, fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, strong oral and written communication, teamwork, and effective troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills are required.
