Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential hospitality and will be responsible for delivering excellent member service while maintaining professional relationships.
The role requires an outgoing, high‑energy, and professional individual who enjoys problem solving and efficiently managing the front desk. The position works the overnight shift from Saturday through Tuesday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a pay rate of $21 per hour.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior residential concierge experience.
- Experience working with 250+ units (desirable).
- Familiarity with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, etc. (preferred).
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with all personnel levels and the public.
- Computer literacy for reports, logs, signage, etc.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple functions simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation services.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
