- Attention to detail: A strong eye for documentation quality, design intent, and model integrity.
- Experience: 4+ years as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services, ideally within fire protection engineering. Previous exposure to data centres or large, complex infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian Standards, NCC, and fire protection systems in large-scale or mission-critical facilities. Understanding of hydraulic calculations, detection systems, and regulatory compliance will be advantageous.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM360 is a plus.
