Manager – Data Management & Analytics will lead the design, implementation, and execution of data management and analytics strategies for the Shared Services of Dubai Holding - Group Services, encompassing HR, Procurement, and Finance verticals. The role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, and governance of data while driving actionable insights through advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the shared service functions.
Design and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve the effectiveness of shared service operations.
Oversee the integration of data from various sources into a centralized system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
