Support the field construction crews as required.
Identify issues and escalate as necessary to management.
Locate vendors of materials, equipment, supplies, or services, and submit for use as approved suppliers/subcontractors within organization.
Verify required permits and ensure they have been received in accordance with local codes and State laws.
Comply with purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
Provide input to management regarding action plans to address long term issues.
Analyze bill of materials to ensure they are adequate for the work to be performed; request any missing materials and notify of any discrepancies prior to the work being handed to the field for execution.
Assemble and maintains all final job packets and readies them for handover to clients.
Lead problem resolution for issues.
Complete and maintain accurate project records and files.
Effective planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring of work activities.
Work with vendors and suppliers to effectively plan and schedule to support the project.

Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree preferred.
High School diploma.
Experience in the utility industry.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Direct experience in distribution line construction and/or services.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and provide leadership to other team members
High energy level with the ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
