Participate in the development of future project bids.
Adhere to all Cemex requirements for pricing and quotations, vehicle and expense account management, and customer file management.
Participate in sales meetings and other scheduled events.
Develop account sales that meet the market mix targets set by the Company.
Manage customer expectations of the product ordering and delivery process, credit agreement and payment terms among others.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers.

Experience in aggregate, asphalt industry and related products sales a plus.
Three years related sales experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills with analytical/problem solving ability.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
Computer literate and able to use existing systems and grow into company networked program of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills and attention to details
Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors.
Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
Bachelor degree in a related field preferred.
