Microstation Connect, OpenRail experience is a plus.
Ability to direct and lead engineers and designers to successfully deliver PS&E, from concept to final design, and other project related deliverables.
Proficiency in CAD software (Microstation, InRail/InRoads) is required.
10+ years of prior experience
Knowledge of rail industry regulations, codes, and standards.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage your work plan to meet overall quality, budgets, and schedules.
EIT Required
Experience leading technical rail design teams
Engaged in life-long learning to maintain knowledge of contemporary issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
Ability to work collaboratively within teams, both national and local.
Ability to lead multiple rail design projects at the same time.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Professional Engineer (PE) in CA or ability to obtain shortly after joining our team
Ability to lead through clear, effective communication within the team and across departments.
