The Commercial Sales Executive role promotes and sells Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory, acting as the brand steward and driving new business and customer retention.
Responsibilities include adhering to company policies, creating new market share, selling additional products to existing accounts, renewing agreements, generating leads, managing call plans, maintaining product knowledge, processing work orders, and conducting post‑installation follow‑ups.
The ideal candidate holds at least a high school diploma, possesses strong oral, written, and presentation skills, can work full‑time with local travel, and preferably has a college degree.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of successful commercial sales experience in security, IT, or related technology, consistently meeting or exceeding quota, and must qualify for a salary range of $65,000‑$91,000 plus a competitive sales incentive plan.
