The Machine Sales Quoter is responsible for writing new machine sales quotes for the retail sales team.
The position will utilize iQuote for the building and maintenance of machine sales quotes along with other Texada applications.
The role will be required to interface with and utilize respective Caterpillar systems for the purpose of correctly and accurately applying machine merchandising programs and support.
The position will help post sale claims to Caterpillar related equipment transactions and update our database records to ensure inventory integrity.
The Machine Sales Quoter will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager

An AA Degree is preferred or 2 or more year's of related experience in a sales organization is acceptable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary which includes Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
Crisp communication skills are essential to interact effectively between all departments: Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit.
The Machine Sales Quoter must strive for a high level of customer satisfaction in all transactions both internal and external.
