College degree in construction or related field preferred

Experience with projects in the $10M-$50M range
They focus on office, retail, industrial/distribution, healthcare, hospitality, auto dealerships, commercial and special projects. Strictly due to growth are looking to add this person.
Ability to deal directly with clients
5-7 years in the commercial construction industry
