As a key leader in the product value stream, the NPI Team Leader ensures successful delivery of high‑impact projects by aligning resources, accelerating value creation, reducing risk, and keeping projects on track. Their leadership enables innovation and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle, delivering projects on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
- Develop HRV business strategy through senior leader workshops and cross‑functional facilitation.
- Drive innovation by submitting HRV product ideas, preparing business cases, defining customer value, and managing R&D spend approvals.
- Establish NPI foundations by defining business case, technical requirements, and budget up to program launch.
- Manage governance of intake and quarterly budget submissions.
- Lead electrification initiatives, handling underground electrification customer commitments and HRV governance.
- Coordinate product line projects by prioritising target markets, setting objectives, and managing executive stakeholders.
- Act as gatekeeper to maintain economic profit for HRV segments and regions.
- Prepare commercial information to support Tier 1 miner and dealer interactions.
- Coach and develop teams by implementing business scorecards aligned to impact areas.
- Deliver outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively anticipate challenges, lead resolution efforts, and capture lessons learned.
- Advocate for quality using management tools and continuous improvement techniques.
