  • Prepare user reference materials and provide training on new or unfamiliar systems
  • Travel between offices when needed

  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Office 2016/365, and conferencing tools like Jabber, Teams, and Webex

  • A college degree or certification in IT or Computer Science (preferred)
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, including network, customer, and systems support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across a variety of systems and technologies
  • Enjoy working with diverse personalities within various levels of the firm
