Manage plant expenditures through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting, preparing, and administering annual operating and capital budgets in accordance with the O&M Agreement.

Proven experience in environmental compliance, budget preparation and oversight, organizational development, and contract administration, supporting both operational and commercial requirements.
Strong technical proficiency in plant operations and maintenance, with the ability to support troubleshooting for key equipment, including combustion turbines, steam cycle components, electrical systems, I&C systems, and balance-of-plant equipment.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate personnel at all organizational levels.
Solid financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and implementing effective cost control measures to manage plant expenditures.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license and ensure it remains in good standing at all times.

Demonstrated ability as a problem solver and team builder, with a successful record of leading change initiatives that improve technical performance, workforce engagement, operational results, and financial outcomes.
Demonstrated experience as a Plant Manager at a natural gas–fired combined cycle power generation facility is strongly preferred. Prior supervisory leadership experience overseeing technical, supervisory, and hourly personnel at a similar power plant is required.
Extensive knowledge of business practices and operational principles within power generating facilities, with particular focus on independent power producers and combined cycle operations.
Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, standards, and programs, with proven ability to cultivate a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among plant personnel.
