Process Improvement Manager – Finished Goods - Onsite

Provides power tools, hand tools, outdoor equipment, engineered fastening systems and industrial solutions.
Lead global procurement process improvements and project execution for purchased components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and execute communication plans and regularly provide updates to stakeholders on key strategic process and strategic initiatives roll outs
Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes, recommend and implement improvements through process mapping, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies.
Follows standardized Program Management guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans and maintains documentation as required
Develop detailed plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross functional groups
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives through cross functional stakeholder alignment
Support SteerCo Reporting.
Enhance key performance indicator (KPI) tracking through process standardization and automation where possible.
Enhance key performance indicator (KPI) delivery though capability building efforts engaging departments like COE, Product Platforming, SVC, etc.
Streamline workflows and automate processes where possible using procurement tools & systems
Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for all trade compliance matters
Collaborate with leadership to define the scope, objectives, and timeline for strategic project initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential challenges during the transfer process

5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on large-scale business transitions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate collaboration across teams
Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis techniques to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
