Tower Climber

Description

• Communicating clearly with your crew and supporting newer team members when needed.
• Climbing towers ranging from 50 to 700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment.
• Documenting your work with photos and helping keep job sites clean and safe.
• Following site-specific build plans and carrier standards.
• Rigging ropes, mounting antennas, radios, and running fiber and RF jumpers.

Requirements

• You have experience with basic hand tools and a valid driver’s license.
• You’re willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• Working Monday–Friday, with regular travel throughout the Midwest.
• You’re comfortable with heights and physically capable of the work.
• You don’t mind travel and can be away from home during the week.
• You’re able to commute to our Shakopee, MN shop on Mondays and Fridays, or daily if working on a local site.
• You can pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.

Compensation details: 21-39 Hourly Wage

• PTO (2 weeks/year), accrued with each paycheck.
• Referral bonus up to $1,200 per field hire.
• Overtime pay (1.5x) for any hours over 40/week — most of our crews average 50–60+ hours/week.
