- Co-ordinating training activity and Trainer/Assessor resources
- Expand your horizons and work in concert with our Concrete, Cement, Asphalt, and Recycling operations
- Working closely with the Quarry Management teams to deliver major revenue projects including procuring mobile plant and contract crushing resources.
- Driving a Zero Harm culture across the QLD region to ensure that Boral Quarry Operations meet all safety, environmental and legislative requirements.
- Supporting Quarry operations in delivering capital projects and upgrades.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities across the Quarry business.

- Certificate IV or above within Surface Extraction or Project Management (Desirable)
- Experience in quarrying or project management, ideally in mining or construction materials.
- Proven track record of managing large projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Full Drivers License
- Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
