* Lead the design and build of AI platform performance, reliability, and observability tools
You’ll work onsite in Miami, owning the design and delivery of core internal AI platform tooling that drives quality, reliability, and performance. You’ll operate across backend systems (Python/FastAPI), data (PostgreSQL/Supabase), cloud infrastructure, observability, and messaging/telephony, while setting engineering standards and best practices across the platform.
* Experience building and scaling 0-to-1 systems in fast-moving environments
* Backend development using Python / FastAPI
