- Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.
- Maintain, calibrate, and service a range of welding and engineering equipment in the depot
- Diagnose and resolve both routine and complex equipment faults and breakdowns.
- Schedule and coordinate routine servicing directly with client teams.
- Make informed decisions regarding repair strategies and maintenance planning.
- Ensure all equipment remains compliant with relevant safety and regulatory standards.

- A valid UK driving licence
- A strong background in the maintenance and repair of welding and engineering equipment, ideally supported by a recognised apprenticeship.
- A self-motivated, organised, and professional approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a positive attitude in supporting Speedy’s strategic goals.
- Proven experience in servicing a wide range of welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
