Analyst - US Agency Diligence Advisory Group

Description

Additional duties include reviewing third‑party reports—appraisals, environmental and property condition studies, zoning analyses—and interpreting borrower‑level data to assess derogatory issues, net worth, liquidity, and investments. The analyst prepares concise write‑ups for brief memos that summarize findings on both the asset and the borrower.

• Review borrower-provided data to assess underlying real‑estate assets.
• Evaluate and compile property income statements, rent rolls, reimbursements, and occupancy statistics in Excel models.
• Conduct market research using third‑party sources (e.g., REIS, RCA) and public information to validate project economics.
• Analyze third‑party reports such as appraisals, environmental, condition, and zoning studies.
• Interpret borrower financials to identify derogatory issues, net worth, liquidity, and investments.
• Prepare concise write‑ups for brief memos summarizing asset and borrower findings.

Requirements

Candidates should hold an Engineering or MBA degree (or similar) and have at least two years of relevant experience. A strong quantitative orientation is required, with knowledge of discounted cash flow, IRR, NPV, and return analysis, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage tight timelines as a self‑starter.
