- Stay cool under pressure and take a pragmatic, professional approach
- Viewings, Sign-ups and Move-ins – Supporting new residents from day one so they feel clued-up and confident.
- Managing Move-outs – Working with lettings and contractors to minimise voids and maintain standards.
- Partnership Working – Liaising with care providers, GPs, social services, families – keeping it all joined up.
- ASB – Handling any issues firmly but fairly, supporting those affected and setting clear expectations.
- Resident Support – Using tools like ILPs and risk assessments to tailor the right support, with dignity at the core.
- DBS Compliance – Keeping accurate records for everyone entering the scheme, from contractors to volunteers.
