You will own paid‑marketing campaign strategy across paid social, paid search, and other channels, handling end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and insights. You will develop a high‑performing creative content engine to scale campaigns at target costs, and ideate, test, and scale new channel opportunities beyond paid strategies. Close collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams will ensure messaging and strategy alignment.
We require at least three years of hands‑on experience running and optimizing paid digital acquisition campaigns, with proficiency in Meta and Google advertising. Experience in an early‑stage startup or similar environment, the ability to work cross‑functionally in unstructured settings, and familiarity with basic marketing and data analysis tools (e.g., Hubspot, Figma, Excel) are essential. Strong marketing intuition is also expected.
Additional strengths include field, lifecycle, or content marketing experience, a passion for storytelling and brand building, and an analytical mindset for data‑driven improvements.
