Capturing detailed end-user requirements and assess these for priority.
Implementing and testing configuration changes to the system to deliver those requirements
Working with the corporate support and development teams (who are based in Germany), to manage the specification, configuration, development and testing of the Maintenance Management System to deliver all agreed user requirements.
Working with appointed software development organisations to ensure that new modules or interface middleware are specified, developed and tested.
Working with the depot production and materials teams to ensure all system user requirements are captured and understood.
Defining the implementation, testing and training of the business processes that are supported by our applications.
