Facilitate the governance process, ensuring questions are raised to the correct governance forums, and decisions are effectively communicated and recorded
Ensuring the group can meet its corporative objectives through the provision of innovative solution, focusing on data, system usage, training and effective reporting.
Support users across the Group with the implementation of new information systems.
Support business users in developing detailed training plans and conduct training sessions to improve the usage of the IT systems.
Cleansing of such data to ensure accurate reporting across the business.

Prepare, review and execute mass uploads and changes of data

Work with any external third party to help accelerate our drive to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service
Provide technical support, training and problem analysis for the Group’s core business systems, both office and field based.
Extraction and presentation of data from the Group’s core business systems and analysis of the data to support revised business practices.
Assist the Application Development Team, rolling out, training of new systems, processes and reports.
Identify data issues and work with stakeholders to resolve inaccuracies.
Communicate information systems plans to business users, encouraging end ownership and adoption of these systems.
Monitor and review project performance, alerting the Project Manager/Programme Manager to any potential areas of concern
Review and build functions in databases
Manage the quality of project documentation, ensuring all project products are produced to the high standards expected by the programme
Be a major influencer over all of Service Delivery, Integration & IT and the wider company as necessary

A full driving licence is essential as there is a requirement to travel to other group locations.
