- Zusatzqualifikation als Sicherheitsfachkraft/Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) gemäß
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Unternehmensleitung, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit, des Gesundheitsschutzes und der Unfallverhütung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Sicherheitsunterweisungen (z.B. Ersthelfer, Brandschutzhelfer, Gabelstapler) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Brandschutz- beauftragten und den Fachabteilungen
- Ermittlung von Unfallursachen, Auswertung von Arbeitsunfällen und Entwicklung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Hohe Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit
- Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
