Undertake such general duties as required for the effective provision of services to the client and customers.
Act as a point of contact for customer requests for service. Appropriately respond to these in a timely manner, assessing and coordinating remedial action if required.
Participation of on-call roster
Maintenance and repair of the water and wastewater reticulation networks.
Participate in the development and implementation of Capital Works improvement programs
Provide network operations support to the Networks Supervisor and Veolia team undertaking minor repairs, assisting with major repairs and replacing reticulated pipelines.
Positively contribute to the district based operations teams by fostering effective working relationships with field, engineering and management staff, client representatives, customers and suppliers.
Repair of burst water mains
Accurately log all reports and jobs, completing the necessary paperwork and filing where required
Installation and repair of water metres

Basic Understanding of Health and Safety legislation.

Confidence in one's own judgement and capability
Computer literate
Ability and willingness to work out of hours when required
Willing to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues for a harmonious team environment
