  • Eliminate delays in in-processing such that required manpower is delivered to the ESNS Site Team to support all scheduled work.
  • Positions could result in the exposer to hazardous materials; may require the use of protective gear/clothing
  • Support and improve upon the current in-processing program to support nuclear power generating sites in-processing efficiency and execution.
  • Manage and execute the in-processing program starting the Spring of 2026.
  • Use resources effectively to generate solutions; take initiative when resolving problems

  • Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage conflict with both our client and ESNS management and personnel.
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material
  • Thorough understanding of all federal, state and local regulations; must have extensive knowledge of Corporate Safety Policy
  • Solid knowledge of the NRC requirements for in-processing personnel at Nuclear Plants
  • Demonstrate a motivation to provide fast, accurate and complete customer service at all times to all employees and management
  • Ability to apply organizational skills when given a project; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Ability to type on a keyboard
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations which can greatly impact corporate relationship with customer and project profitability
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and database applications
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Extensive interaction with field staff requires strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a process to more efficiently in-process personnel.
  • Ability to converse over a telephone
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • May work in an office environment with extensive time spent in all areas of project or site
  • Ability to physically climb stairs, stand for extended periods of time, and traverse the training facility/site in support of job duties.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, or no greater than 25% of personal body weight in place.
  • Ability to organize and manage a large number of personnel being in-processed including required over site personnel.
  • Ability to communicate with email, text, or other provided methods of communication.
  • Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
  • Must be able to be badged at U.S. commercial nuclear and non-nuclear power plants
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and all levels of management
